Diplomová práce "Hyperaktivní močový měchýř u pacientek s diagnózou roztroušená skleróza mozkomíšní z pohledu fyzioterapeuta" se zabývá možností ovlivnění symptomů hyperaktivního močového měchýře pomocí fyzioterapie. Terapie vychází z poznatku,že kontrakcí svalů pánevního dna jsou aktivovány obranné inhibiční reflexy na úrovni míšní (Onufovo jádro) a subkortikální (mikční centrum v pontu), které zajišťují kontinenci. Fyzioterapie se zabývala cvičením svalů pánevního dna za pomoci biofeedbacku, behaviorálního tréninku a cvičením stabilizační funkce svalů pánevního dna v rámci hlubokého stabilizačního systému. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) The aim of the thesis " A Physiotherapist's View of Overactive Bladder function in Multiple Sclerosis Patients" and the influence of physiotherapy on the symptoms of the overactive bladder. This thesis deals with exert influence on symptoms of an overactive bladder by physiotherapy. Therapy is based on the fact that guarding reflexes that maintains continence at the level of spine and subcortical (micturition centre in pons) are activated by the contraction of the pelvic floor muscles.
