Cílem mé práce bylo představit pohled na manželství společnosti 16. a počátku 17. století, hlavně ale zobrazit nejrůznější příčiny konfliktů mezi mužem a ženou v manželství a také se podívat na zajímavou otázku manželských slibů. To vše za pomoci jedinečného pramene, jakým bezesporu jsou akta konzistoře podobojí v Kutné Hoře. Alespoň ve stručnosti jsme svou pozornost věnovali též jejím dějinám. Námětem pro studium zabývající se dějinami církve podobojí by mohl být pohled na vzájemný vztah mezi kutnohorskou a pražskou konzistoří, pečlivější probádání dějin kutnohorské konzistoře, což ovšem nebylo úkolem této práce. Pokusili jsme se přiblížit tematiku vývoje manželského svazku, především snahu církve ovládnout plně tuto část lidského života, její "tažení" za tímto cílem. Ten se jí podařilo úspěšně začít plnit především během 17. století, kdy již začaly být uskutečňovány zásady vytyčené tridentským koncilem. Teprve pak začaly být sňatek a manželství plně chápány jako významné církevní svátosti. Ještě po celé 16. století a počátek století následujícího byl pro partnery důležitý vzájemný manželský slib, po němž manželství chápali za již uzavřené, církevní požehnání bylo až druhotné. Toto požehnání a církevní obřad vyžadovali většinou až poté, co jeden z partnerů slib popíral nebo od něj chtěl ustoupit. Intimně... The main topic of this thesis are problems of married life of a man and a woman, their mutual conflicts and the question of attitude of the society of that period to the marriage. The most important source for this work were the files of the Utraquist Consistory of Kutná Hora. In this work we also find a brief description of the history of this consistory. Their beginnings date back to the early 16th century and it finished its activities more or less in the year 1622. We focused our attention on the formation and the development of the marriage, both from the general point of view and its legal regulations in Bohemia. We described the efforts of the Church to bring under its domination decisions in the affairs of marriage. Only after the ecclesiastic council of Trentino ( which proclaimed the sacred character of the marriage, acceptance of the sacrament of marriage in the presence of a priest ) marriage and married life started to be understood as significant religious sacraments. Still in the 16th century only the marriage vow - between partners - was primary. After it, the marriage was considered as concluded. Religious blessing was only secondary.
