V první části práce je popsán stav hemolytického onemocnění novorozence (HON), jeho etiopatogeneze a klinický průběh s možnostmi jeho léčby. Dále jsou popsány imunohematologické vyšetřovací metody pro diagnostiku a monitorování aloimunizace v průběhu gravidity včetně rutinně používaných laboratorních diagnostických systémů a diagnostik. Jsou zde uvedeny některé zajímavé kasuistiky vyšetřovaných gravidních žen za období let 2001-2005. Závěrem je rovněž zmíněna důležitost správné laboratorní praxe (SLP) a kontrol kvality imunohematologických vyšetřovacích metod. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) The first part of my thesis describes the Hemolytic Disease of Newborn (HDN), its etiology, pathogenesis and clinical process including the possibilities of its medication. Further, the paper outlines immunohematology methodical approaches used for diagnostics, for monitoring of the gravidity process alloimunization and also for the laboratory diagnostic systems in common use. There are several interesting casuistries of examinant pregnant women during the period 2001-2005 mentioned.
