V teoretické části práce je popsána obecná problematika imunologie s ohledem na její využití v transfuzní medicíně. Podrobněji popsán význam krevních skupin a klinický význam protilátek proti erytrocytům s ohledem na bezpečnou transfuzi a vznik hemolytického onemocnění novorozence. V práci je uveden přehled klinicky nejvýznamnějších antierytrocytárních protilátek. Dále jsou popsány imunohematologické vyšetřovací metody pro diagnostiku aloimunizace včetně rutinně používaných diagnostik při provádění základního předtransfuzního vyšetření. V praktické části práce je uveden přehled vyšetření pacientů s pozitivním screeningem nepravidelných protilátek, u kterých byly zjištěny specifické antierytrocytární protilátky v jednotlivých systémech krevních skupin a dále řada kazuistik s doporučením pro bezpečnou kompatibilní transfuzi. Jedna z kazuistik popisuje pozdní hemolytickou potransfuzní reakci. In more detail described meaning of blood groups and clinical meaning of antibodies against erythrocytes with reference to safe blood - transfusion and rise haemolytic disease of newborn. Thesis provide an overwiev of clinically most considerable antibodies. Further are immunohaematology investigative methods decribed used for diagnostic of alloimunization inclusive groovy used diagnostics in applying the provision basic pre-transfusion investigation. In practical parts of the thesis investigation survey is presented focused on inmates with positive screening irregular antibodies, near which were ascertained specific antibodies in several systems blood groups and further row casuistries with recommendation for safe compatible blood - transfusion.
