Ústřední vojenská nemocnice Praha patří mezi organizace, ve které je zavedený systém strategického řízení. Diplomová práce se v první části zabývá teoretickými problémy strategického řízení. Vychází z poznatků získaných studiem literatury. V praktické části představujeme zpracování konkrétní strategické operace Urologického oddělení ÚVN Praha. Od roku 2005 provádí Urologické oddělení ÚVN Praha roboticky asistované operace. Diplomová práce popisuje základní problémy související s implementací strategické operace se záměrem vybudování Evropského centra pro léčbu a výuku karcinomu prostaty s využitím robotického systému da Vinci. The Central Military Hospital in Prague is one of the institutions which use the system of strategic management. This diploma thesis deals with both theoretical and practical problems of strategic management. The theoretical aspects, backed by thorough research in written sources, are studied in its first part. The second, practical part of the paper, presents the results of research which has been undertaken by the Urological Department of CMH since 2005 in the field of robotically assisted operations of urological problems. This paper studies various problems of strategic management implementation within the frame of the aimed constructions of The European Healing and Training Center for of the Prostate Carcinoma, and the use of the "da Vinci Robotic System".
