Bakalářská práce "Kompetence sociálního pracovníka v oblasti náhradní rodinné péči" pojednává o pracovních činnostech sociálních pracovníků. Zaměřuje se na tvorbu profesiogramů pracovních pozic sociálních pracovníků na krajském úřadě, na úřadě obce s rozšířenou působností a v nestátní neziskové organizaci. V bakalářské práci jsou popsány hlavní pracovní činnosti, kritéria úspěchu v dané profesi, vyhodnocují se jednotlivé činnostní elementy, popisují se předpoklady úspěchu a na závěr jsou předloženy návrhy a doporučení na zjednodušení a zefektivnění některých pracovních úkolů. Snahou je získat přehled o dané profesi a porovnat náplň pracovních činností sociálních pracovníků v různých institucích. Diploma thesis "Competences of a Social Worker in the Field of Adoption and Foster Care" deals with working activities of social workers. It concentrates on creation of discipline charts of various job positions of social workers at regional authorities, municipal offices and in non-governmental organizations. Main working activities and criteria of success in the mentioned profession are described in this diploma thesis; next, individual elements of activities are evaluated and preconditions of success are described; finally, some proposals and recommendations are submitted with the aim of making some working tasks simplier and more effective. The aim of this thesis is gaining survey of the mentioned profession and comparing the job description of work activities of social workers in various institutions.
