Zkoumá vlivy ošetřovatelské a lékařské péče v ambulanci na úspěšnost léčebného procesu. Hlavním cílem této práce je objevení nových možností pro zlepšení a zkvalitnění ošetřovatelské i lékařské péče o pacienta s diagnózou arteriální hypertenze. The goal of the bachelor's thesis is to describe the nursing issues at the consulting room of clinical pharmacology, a component of department of outpatient services of internal medicine clinics of University hospital in Hradec Králové. Using a questionnaire, it investigates patients' informedness, extent of their cooperation in treatment of high blood pressure and their reflection of the illness, treatment recommendations and the work of the health personnel. It analyses effects of outpatient nursing and medical care on the fruitfulness of the therapeutic process. The main goal of this work is to reveal new possibilities to improve the quality of nursing and medical care in patients with arterial hypertension.
