Souhrn V naší práci jsme hodnotili funkční a anatomické výsledky léčby pacientů s vlhkou formou VPMD pomocí TTT, PDT a intravitreální aplikace bevacizumabu ve sledovacím období 12 měsíců. Ve skupině očí léčených pomocí TTT bylo prokázáno statisticky významné snížení NKZO v průběhu sledovacího období 12 měsíců. V souboru pacientů s klasickou CNV léčených PDT byla mediánová výsledná NKZO po 12 měsících identická s mediánovou hodnotou vstupní NKZO. Na základě našich výsledků můžeme konstatovat, že tato metoda léčby vlhké formy VPMD je schopna stabilizovat NKZO, ale není schopna statisticky významně zlepšit NKZO. U léčby VPMD s okultní CNV bevacizumabem jsme jako u jediné pozorovali statisticky významné zlepšení NKZO ve sledovacím období 12-ti měsíců. Při statistickém hodnocení se vstupní NKZO mezi skupinami pacientů lišila jen nevýznamně s výjimkou významně nižších hodnot u pacientů léčených TTT a pacientů ve skupině PDT. Za 6 a 12 měsíců byly rozdíly v NKZO mezi skupinou pacientů léčených pomocí TTT a PDT jen nevýznamné. NKZO u pacientů s klasickou CNV léčených pomocí TTT a PDT se lišila také jen nevýznamně v celém sledovacím období 12 měsíců. Naproti tomu u pacientů léčených bevacizumabem byla NKZO při 6 i 12 měsíčním sledování významně vyšší v porovnání se skupinou PDT i TTT. U pacientů s okultní CNV... In our study we evaluated the functional and anatomical parameters in patients presenting with the wet form of ARMD treated by TTT, PDT or intravitreal administration of bavacizumab in the follow-up period of 12 months. In the group treated by TTT we found significant decrease of best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) within the follow-up period. In the group of patients with classic CNV treated by PDT, the resulting median of BCVA was the same as at the beginning. Therefore the PDT can stabilize BCVA, but cannot improve it. However, statistically significant improvement of BCVA was observed in the group of patients with ocult CNV treated with intravitreal administration of bevacizumab. BCVA was statistically insignificant between the groups at the initial visit, with the exception of significantly lower values in patients treated by TTT in comparison with those treated by PDT. After 6 and 12 months, the BCVA differences were only nonsignificant between TTT and PDT groups. In the group with classic CNV treated by PDT or TTT the difference in BCVA was not statistically significant, as well; on the other hand, the BCVA was significantly better in patients with occult CNV treated by bevacizumab in comparison with the patients treated by PDT or TTT.
