1. Závěr V úvodní části práce (část druhá) jsem se zaměřil na vymezení jednotlivých pojmů, které se objevují v jejím tématu, ve snaze najít jednotné východisko pro další text. Jak se však ukazuje, řada pojmů je používána v různých kontextech v různém významu. Navíc ani mezi soukromoprávní a veřejnoprávní sférou není neprostupná hradba, a tak výrazy používané v daňové legislativě mohou být interpretovány způsobem, který by se na první pohled mohl jevit jako překvapivý. Část třetí je krátkým přehledem daňového systému České republiky, která slouží spíše jako odrazový můstek pro hlavní obsah této práce v části čtvrté. I z toho důvodu je podána za pomoci schémat, a doplněna o stručné vysvětlení, proč nepřímé daně zůstaly pro tuto chvíli stranou zájmu. Po krátkém pojednání důchodových daní pouze z hlediska příjmů tvořících předmět zdanění v úvodu čtvrté části jsem se soustředil na dva hlavní cíle. Zaprvé na poměrně podrobné podání vybraných majetkových daní strukturované pro větší přehlednost podle konstrukčních prvků daně, namísto strohého a pro rozdělení na části zvláštní a společné ne vždy snadno čitelného uspořádání příslušných zákonů, a to primárně ve vztahu k nemovitostem, bytům a nebytovým prostorům, jak avizuje téma této práce. Tax Implications of Ownership and Beneficial Use and Disposal of Immovables, Condominium Flats and Non-residential Premises In the opening part of this thesis (Part Two) I have focused on defining the individual terms mentioned in its title as a part of the effort to establish a common ground for the following text. However, it appears that a number of terms carry different meanings in different contexts. Additionally, the private and public law are not separated by an insurmountable barrier and therefore the terms used in tax legislation can be interpreted in ways that would feel surprising at first. Part Three is a brief overview of the tax system in the Czech Republic, serving more as a launching platform for the substance of the thesis in Part Four. Also because of this, it is delivered using organization diagrams, with an addition of a short explanation why the indirect taxes remained on the outskirts this time. Following concise discussion of income taxes solely from the point of view of income types subject to taxation at the beginning of Part Four, my attention turned to two main objectives.
