[cze][eng] 1.ABSTRAKT Diplomová práce: Parazitostatus vybraných populací spárkaté zvěře a vyhodnocení léčebných zásahů v jejich chovech Vypracovala: Jitka Medvecká Práce je věnována kvalitativnímu a kvantitativnímu stanovení parazitostatu jelena lesního z farmového chovu inseminační stanice XCELL Slovensko. Larvoskopií byla prokázána přítomnost plicních hlístic (Varestrongylus spp. a Elaphostrongylus spp.) Ovoskopií byla prokázána přítomnost hlístic trávicího traktu (Cooperia spp., Ostertagia spp.) Po provedených léčebných zásazích byla prevalence výskytu infekčních stádií červů na velmi nízké úrovni a parazitologický stav chovaných zvířat uspokojující.THE ABSTRACT The thesis: Parazitostatus in hoofed game populations and results of antiparasitic control. Made By: Jitka Medvecká The thesis is devoted to qualitative and quantitative determination parazitostatus of farmed breeding deer in the insemination station XCELL Slovakia. Larvoscopic examination was showed presence of lungworms (Varestrongylus spp. and Elaphostrongylus spp.). Ovoscopic examination was showed presence of nematodes of the digestive tract (Cooperia spp., Ostertagia spp.). After medical treatment, the infection prevalence caused by parasites (either in larvae or egg form) was reduced to a significantly lower level to the point, where the parasite infection status of the animal was deemed to be acceptable.
