Ve své práci bych se chtěl zaměřit na problematiku integrace mladých lidí vyrůstajících v ústavní péči při jejich integraci do běžného pracovního prostředí. K tomu, abychom se tímto problémem mohli zabývat blíže, je však nutné zohlednit výchozí pozici těchto mladých lidí a uvědomit si souvislosti vývoje a výchovy člověka, který nevyrůstá v tradičním rodinném modelu a u kterého nejsou uspokojovány jeho základní citové potřeby. Cílem práce je tedy zmapovat a popsat základní problémy, se kterými se mladý člověk vyrůstající v ústavní péči potýká při svém vstupu do zaměstnání, a pokusit se vysvětlit příčiny těchto potíží. However, in order to consider this problem in more detail it is necessary to take into account the starting-point of these young people and be aware of issues relating to the development and upbringing of people who do not grow up in the traditional family model and whose basic emotional needs are not met. The aim of this thesis is therefore to map out and describe the basic problems faced by young people who have grown up in institutional care when they enter the world of employment, and to attempt to explain the causes of these difficulties.
