Vojta Kahba, Kašpar Lén, Juraj Hordubal. Tyto postavy zdánlivě nespojuje nic - každá postava se jinak vyvíjí, každá má svůj vlastní příběh ... Opak je ale pravdou, spojuje je i dnes nadále aktuální a oblíbené téma, kterým je problém viny a trestu. Na vinu a frest nelze nahlížet jednoznačně. Pod dalšími vynořujícími se indiciemi, které postupně v příběhu vyplouvají na povrch, začneme o jednání postav přemýšlet - dokonce až tak dalece, kdy vraha nepovažujeme za vraha, byť je prokázáno, že se činu dopustil, ale za oběť, která musela těmito kroky vykoupit vlastní klid, život. Obdobně chápeme i oběti. V této práci jsem se snažila analyzovat životní zvrat a skon výše uvedených postav. Příběhy jsou rozmanité - chladnokrevný vrah, odsouzený za svůj přečin proti právu, oběť měnící se pod náporem dalších životních změn ve vraha, mstitel, jehož smrt ukončila soudní líčení a my se už nedovíme, zda v onen okamžik zmírá jako v roli vraha, či oběti. Zmapovala jsem hlavní aspekty a okolnosti, které donutily postavy vraždit. Tato hlediska dokládají můj názor na téma trestu a viny, tedy že se jedná o téma velmi aktuální, žádané, mající tendence se prosadit i v budoucnu a zpracovávané pod různými úhly pohledu a v různých žánrech. Although it may seem that characters like Vojta Kaliba, Kaspar Len, and Juraj Hordubal have nothing in common as each character develops in a different way and in a different story, the reverse is true. They are linked with the question of blame and punishment which is still topical and popular. The clarity of the view on blame and punishment is hardly possible. As the story gradually reveals more and more clues, the way the characters act is reconsidered and even a murderer may be regarded as not being one. Even though his crime has been proved, he may be considered a victim who, through such a deed, only inevitably redeemed himself. Victims can be seen in a similar way. The aim of my work is to analyze the turning point in the lives of the characters above and their decease. The stories are diverse - a cold-blooded murderer convicted of violating the law, a victim turning into a murderer under the influence of subsequent changes in life, and an avenger who dies before the end of the trial, leaving us unaware of whether as a murderer or a victim. I have covered the major problems and circumstances which forced the characters to murder. These aspects testify to my view on the question of blame and punishment in terms of its topicality and desirability. It is a theme which is examined from different...
