Cílem práce bylo vytvořit ucelený pohled na problematiku spasticity spinální etiologie se zaměřením na metody měření a hodnocení spasticity. V Přehledu teoretických poznatků jsou uvedeny informace o spasticitě a spastickém syndromu spinální etiologie a metody využívané při vyšetřování spinálních pacientů. V praktické části jsou popsány podmínky a výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které bylo provedeno mezi fyzioterapeuty, a jeho cílem bylo zjistit, které vyšetřovací metody a postupy u spinálních pacientů využívají. Na základě prostudované literatury a výsledků výzkumu byl vytvořen návrh vyšetření uvedený v Diskusi, jehož cílem je definovat vztah mezi spasticitou a funkčními schopnostmi spinálního pacienta. Přílohy této diplomové práce obsahují obrázky, ukázky testů uvedených v přehledu teoretických poznatků, přesné znění dotazníku a návrh první strany formuláře pro vyšetření spinálního pacienta a kontingenční tabulky. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org) The aim of the thesis "Spasticity of Spinal Etiology" is to create a complex overview of the spasticity of spinal etiology problems focused on the methods of measuring and evaluation of spasticity. The Theoretical part defines spasticity, the spastic syndrome of spinal etiology and methods used for investigation of patients. The practical part describes conditions and results of questionnaire research among physiotherapists; its aim was to discover which investigative methods and practice they use. The part Discussion presents a proposal of investigation based on the results of questionnaire and theoretical data, its aim is to define a relation between spasticity and functional abilities of a patient.
