Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou a popisem, z pohledu studentky, nejvýraznějších faktorů ovlivňujících působení cirkulačních pracovních migrantů z Ukrajiny na pražském trhu práce. Analýza tohoto fenoménu se opírá o teoretické základy studia migrace ze sociologického a antropologického hlediska, jež zkoumá jak strukturální, tak osobnostní předpoklady pro vyrovnávání se se specifickými podmínkami ovlivňujícími realizací legálních, nelegálních i kvazi*legálních ekonomických aktivit migrantů v zahraničí, konkrétně v České republice a o dílčí výsledky kvalitativního výzkumu realizovaného studentkou počátkem roku 2009 v Praze. Analysis of this phenomenon insists on theoretical basis of the migration studies from the sociological and antrophological perspective, which is focused on both structural and personal anticipation of migrants abroad (focused on the Czech republic), dealing with the specific conditions influencing their participating on legal, illegal and quasi*legal economic activities and based on the partial results of the qualitive research done at the beginning of 2009 in Prague.
