Cíle práce: Zjistit velikost poškození mozkové kůry u dospělého zvířete na základě délky ozařování a podané dávce bengálské červeně. Metody: Experimentální studie proběhla na jedincích dospělého laboratorního potkana. Fokální mozková ischémie byla vyvolána aplikací bengálské červeně. Hodnocení poškození mozkové kůry bylo provedeno popisně a pomocí speciálního programu byly vypočítány velikosti lézí, které potom byly jednotlivě srovnávány. Výsledky: Demonstrují, že nejvhodnějším parametrem pro srovnávání lézí je změření hloubky léze. Dále ukazují, že hloubka léze je závislá na délce doby ozařování, avšak ne v přímém lineárním vztahu. A mezi použitou koncentrací bengálské červeně nebyly shledány výrazné rozdíly. Aim: Determine the size of the damage of the cerebral cortex in the adult animal based on the length of irradiation a dose of Bengali red. Further shows that the lesion depth is dependent on the duration of irradiation, but not a direct linear relationship. And among the used concentrations of rose bengal were found significant differences.
