V souvislosti s vyspelostí a konkurenceschopností jednotlivých regionu i státu se v soucasnosti velmi casto uvádí pojem lidské zdroje a jejich rozvoj. Vstup Ceské republiky do Evropské unie umožnil k rozvoji lidských zdroju využívat podpory z Evropského sociálního fondu (ESF). Cílem diplomové práce je doložit, jak je rozdelována podpora z ESF na rozvoj lidských zdroju prostrednictvím Operacního programu Rozvoj lidských zdroju (OP RLZ) mezi regiony Ceské republiky a jestli je tato podpora rozdelována relevantne vzhledem ke kvalite lidských zdroju v jednotlivých regionech. Data pro analýzu rozdelení podpory pocházejí z centrálního Monitorovacího systému strukturálních fondu. Výsledkem práce je regionální vzorec rozdelení podpory v rámci grantových projektu OP RLZ. Z výsledku srovnání územní analýzy rozdelení podpory a územní analýzy kvality lidských zdroju vyplynulo, že podpora na rozvoj lidských zdroju z ESF v Ceské republice vetšinou nesmeruje u grantových projektu OP RLZ do regionu s nejnižší úrovní lidských zdroju. Since the Czech Republic has joined to the European Union, human resources could exploit a support from European Social Funds (ESF) for their development. The aim of the thesis is the evidence how is divide grants from European Social Funds are splitted through of Operational Program Human Resources Development (OP HRD) among the regions of the Czech Republic and if is support respect relevance in consideration of quality human resources. Analysis of territorial allocation of grant is based on the data from central Monitoring System of Structural Funds. As a result of the thesis is a regional framework of allocation of support from grants project OP HRD. After results comparison of territorial allocation of grant with territorial differentiation of quality human resources it followed, that support for the development of human resources from ESF granted by the project OP HRD in the Czech Republic is not mostly focused on the regions with the lowest quality of human resources.
