Název práce: Ovlivnění yýchozího stavu dospělé klientky s DMO prvky z ucelené rehabilitace Cíl práce: V intenzivní terapii u klientky s dětskou mozkovou obrnou (DMO) v dospělém věku dosáhnout subjektivně významného zlepšení psychického handicapu a senzomotorických dovedností. Metoda: V teoretické části uvádíme nástin problematiky dětské mozkové obrny. Praktická část je koncipována jako dlouhodobá kazuistika jedné probandky s DMO z t-· · v dospělém věku (27). Sledovali jsme vliv intenzivní terapie s použitím prvků z ucelené rehabilitace k ovlivnění výchozího stavu klientky. Výzkum probíhal šest měsíců. Klientka docházela po dobu prvních čtyř měsíců dvakrát týdně na intenzivní pětihodinové terapie a zbylé dva měsíce jedenkrát týdně na tříhodinové terapie. Během prvních terapií byla rovněž odborně instruována pro domácí cvičení. Vliv terapie jsme zhodnotili na základě výsledků použitých vyšetřovacích metod (vyšetření zkrácených svalů a velikosti síly svalů s tendencí k oslabení, vyšetření stoje, chůze a rovnováhy), pomocí zdravotního dotazníku EQ-5D a vlastního zpětnovazebního dotazníku. Výsledky: Byly potvrzeny všechny čtyři stanovené hypotézy. Výsledky použitých vyšetřovacích metod potvrdily, že intenzivní terapie s kombinovaným přístupem standardních i nekonvenčních metod z ucelené rehabilitace má... Thesis title: Affection of an Adult Female Patient with Cerebral Palsy using Elements of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Thesis aim: By intensive therapy to achieve subjectively significant improvement of the psychological handicap and sensory-motor skills of an adult female client suffering from cerebral palsy. Method: The theoretical part deals with the issue ofcerebral palsy in general. The practical part ofthe thesis is conceived as a long-term casuistry of one single adult patient (27) suffering from cerebral palsy. We have been monitoring the effect of intensive therapy using elements of comprehensive rehabilitation to affect initial condition ofthe client. The research took six months. The patient was undergoing for the first four months twice a week an intensive five-hour therapy. For the last two months she was undergoing once a week a three-hour therapy. She was specially trained in home exercising during the first few therapy sessions. We have evaluated the effect of the therapy based on results of the examination procedures (examination of shortened museles and magnitude of force of museles tending to weaken, examination of standing position, walk and balance), with the help of health questionnaire EQ-5D and our one's own questionnaire.
