cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Tato práce je koncipována následovně: V úvodu jsem popsal evropskou integraci a proces europeizace včetně historického vývoje vzniku regionální politiky. Dále je veden obecný popis evropských strukturálních fondů, možnosti jejich využití a podrobnější členění. Vzhledem k počtu opatření strukturálních fondů by prakticky nebylo možné v této práci pojmout v obecné rovině připravenost České republiky na čerpání prostředků. I have used comparative method of primary and secondary sources. This thesis should answer the question whether the Czech Republic is prepared for getting money that is offered from the EU. If not, what is the purpose of this status and what are the recommendations? As a conclusion of this work is that Czech Republic, at least in respect of Single Programming document that is used only in Prague, is quite ready and there are some problems that should be solved before the next programming term 2007-2013. Among these problems belong publicity, n+2 rule and monitoring system. At the end of the work is list of recommendation that should be changed for better effectiveness of Single programming document that is transforming into Operation Program Prague Adaptability.
