[cze][eng] Přední zkřížený vaz kolenního kloubu má důležitou funkci, což je obecně známo. Rekonstrukce předního zkříženého vazu při jeho poškození patří k nejčastějším ortopedickým operacím. Studie je zaměřena na biomechanické aspekty rekonstrukčních výkonů s důrazem na zhodnocení dynamické zátěže materiálů, které se nejčastěji používají k tomuto účelu. Další možností využití jsou případné reoperace předchozích rekonstrukčních výkonů. Jednotlivé a mnohočetné pruhy šlach m. gracilis a m. semitendinosus (tj. hamstringů) byly vystaveny rovnoměrnému napětí, které se využívá při rekonstrukci předního zkříženého vazu. Vzorky tkání z kadaverů byly biomechanicky testovány a porovnány s originálním předním zkříženým vazem (LCA) a náhradním štěpem z ligamenta patellae (Bone - Patellar Tendon - Bone - BPTB). Materiál a metodika Pro studii byly použity fresh-frozen vzorky, které byly stejným způsobem připraveny pro testování, uchyceny v měřicí soustavě a vystaveny stejným testovacím procedurám. Experimentální štěpy byly získány párově z 21 kolenních kloubů. Měření bylo prováděno za pokojové teploty 21řC, po 24 hodinách tání za teploty 4řC.
