[cze][eng] Práce se zabývá privatizační strategií v nejlidnatější zemi světa. Ta na sebe poutá všeobecnou pozornost, a to nejen z hlediska uvažované velikosti privatizačního procesu, ale také vzhledem ke specifické strategii transferu vlastnických práv. Specifika vyplývají zejména ze státního uspořádání Čínské lidové republiky a zde vytvořeného ekonomického systému socialistické tržní ekonomiky; svou roli hraje i rozloha země, jež si vynutila decentralizaci a přenesení pravomocí na nižší správní celky. Decentralizace má vliv na vytvoření dílčích odlišností v privatizačním programu. Práce analyzuje vliv decentralizace, samotné důvody zahájení transferu vlastnických práv a jejich odlišnost od obvyklých privatizačních důvodů. Dále se práce zabývá hlavními počátečními podmínkami procesu, klíčovými aspekty této strategie změny vlastnických práv, pozitivy a problémy, vyplývající ze zvolené cesty. This process attracts attention of the whole world, the reason is not only the size of privatization process, but mainly the chosen specific strategy of the transfer of ownership. Specifics arise from the type of state government in People's Republic of China and the economic system called Market Socialistic Economy; the differences are almost establish by the wide area of the country, which makes necessary decentralization - this has impact on small differences of programme. The thesis further analyses the reasons of initiation of the process, their differences from usual reasons of privatization.
