[eng][cze] The aim of the thesis was to analyze the importance and the position of German elders within the state and the society. The reasons for ageing of the population in the above mentioned society were described clearly. Later there was discussed negative influence of this demographic phenomenon on the society and the social system. The author tried to look for the measures to solve this issue and explore their acceptability. Here we can see that the elders are not only one important part of the state and society but it is necessary to solve individual troubles of this social group as well, mainly their diseases and fears. This should lead to better understanding of the elderly generation. The thesis supposes not only to pick up and analyze the results in the group of 300 elders in Munich. Obtained results will be utilized in confrontation with similar analyses performed in Prague, maybe in Hradec Králové. This way it would be possible to show the differences between examined groups and give the outcomes to formulate general projects in order to improve the pharmacotherapy in the elders. As real needs of the elderly are a little bit neglected in our modern and quickly living society, the author believes to have succeeded in the support for better understanding in the field of needs of the elderly...Cílem práce byla analýza významu a postavení seniorů Německa ve státě a společnosti. Přehledně byly popsány důvody stárnutí obyvatelstva v naší společnosti. Dále byly uvedeny negativní působení tohoto demografického jevu na společnost a sociální systém, diskutovány možností řešení a zkoumána přijatelnost navržených opatření. Z uvedeného vyplývá, že senioři nejsou jen důležitou součástí státu a společnosti, ale je nutno vyhodnotit i individuální problémy této společenské vrstvy, především choroby a obavy. Toto má pak vést k lepšímu pochopení starší generace. Mnohočetnost fyziologických a patologických změn u stárnoucích lidí pak vedla k rozboru jevů působících při lékové terapii. Zejména změny v oblasti farmakokinetiky, farmakodynamiky a polyfarmakoterapii vedou k tomu, že léková terapie je často obtížná a vede k četným vedlejším a nečekaným účinkům. Proto zde všeobecně platí zásada: lépe méně pokud je to možné a tolik kolik je nutné. Pomocí dotazníků se podařilo zjistit a analyzovat názory, postoje a chování 300 seniorů z Mnichova a to s ohledem na jejich vzdělání, výši penze, způsobu života, užívání léků a jejich původ, tělesné potíže a také rozsah důvěry v lékaře a lékárníka.
