Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývala vlivem psychorelaxačních cvičení na děti s ADHD/ADD. Záměrem práce bylo zachycení efektu psychorelaxačních cvičení na obtíže dětí spojené s jejich poruchou. Cílem průzkumu byl pokus zjistit, do jaké míry pomáhají psychorelaxační cvičení zvýšit koncentraci pozornosti a rozvoj sociálních dovedností dětí v kolektivu třídy speciální mateřské školy. Teoretická část se zabývala problematikou poruch chování a významem psychorelaxace pro tyto děti. Praktická část se zaměřila na obsah psychorelaxačních cvičení se zjišťováním jejich účinnosti na děti s ADHD/ADD. The purpose of the thesis was to monitor the effect of psychorelaxation exercises on the difficulties that children suffering from thistype of disorder face. The survey aspired to find out how much do the psychorelaxation exercises help to increase the level of attention and concentration as well as the development of social skills of children who are part of a special-education kindergartenclass.The theoretical part dealt with the problems of behavioral disorder and the importance of psychorelaxation for this type of children in particular.
