Diplomová práce se zabývá udržitelností sociálního podniku na území hl. m. Prahy, který v období 2007-2013 obdržel dotaci z fondů EU, díky které zahájil svou činnost. Sociální podniky jako subjekty sociální ekonomiky tvoří důležitou část národního hospodářství a rozšiřují možnosti získání finančních zdrojů pro provoz organizací občanské společnosti. Význam sociálních podniků ve vztahu k podpoře zaměstnanosti reflektuje i dotační politika EU. Cílem výzkumu je podat komplexní popis zkoumaného případu z hlediska jeho finanční a sociální udržitelnosti v situaci po ukončení projektu podpořeného z fondů EU. Pro popis udržitelnosti sociálního podniku byl využit přístup The SEED Initiative, která definovala faktory úspěchu a klíčové indikátory výkonu udržitelnosti sociálních podniků. Práce je koncipována jako případová studie s jediným případem. Dissertation is concerned on sustainability of social enterprise, which has started its business thanks to EU funding during the period 2007 - 2013. Social enterprises as social economy subjects make up an important part of national economy and extend possibilities to obtain financial sources for nonprofit operation. EU funding reflects the importance of social enterprises in promoting level of employment. The aim of the research is to get a complex description of surveyed case with a special emphasis on social and financial sustainability in the the situation after project's completion date. Sustainability of the social enterprise is described with help of The SEED Initiative approach. The SEED Initiative has defined success factors and key indicators of performance of social enterprise sustainability. Dissertation is conceived as a single case study.
