Diplomová práce pojednává o závažnosti silničních dopravních nehod a jejích důsledcích na životy obětí dopravních nehod a pozůstalých. Vzniká v oboru psychosociálních věd a jejím hlavním účelem je nejen zmapovat problematiku DN z hlediska celospolečenských důsledků a škod, ale i informovat a poukázat na závažné důsledky, které mají dopravní nehody na psychický, sociální, často i ekonomický život jedince, jakož i rozšířit celkové povědomí a znalosti široké i odborné veřejnosti o této složité problematice. V teoretické části práce se psychosociální pomocí míní nejen krizová pomoc, ale zejména konkrétní návazné odborné služby, jejichž přehled je v práci uveden. Právní pomoc obětem dopravních nehod je potom specifikovaná jako přehled nároků vyplývajících ze systému sociálního zabezpečení v ČR. Praktická část práce se v rámci průzkumu zabývá informovaností a povědomím široké veřejnosti o prevenci (popř. represi) a intervenci v rámci dopravní nehodovosti, tj. psychosociální a právní pomocí, která je v ČR k dispozici pro účastníky, resp. oběti dopravních nehod. Na základě průzkumu bylo zjištěno, že znalost preventivních postupů je poměrně dostačující, ovšem povědomí o psychosociální a právní pomoci, tj. o intervenci v rámci dopravní nehodovosti, je velmi nízké. The diploma thesis treats of momentousness of the road traffic accidents and consequences to the lives of the victims of the traffic accidents and survivors. The thesis arises from the matter of psychosocial sciences and its main aim is not only to chart the problems of road traffic accidents in the point of view of the socioeconomic consequences and injuries but also to inform and show on the serious effects of the road traffic accidents to the psychical, social and often economical life of the individual and to extend the consciousness and know-how of the general and professional public about this complicated point s at issue. In the theoretical part of the thesis the term psychosocial aid means not only the critical aid, but also the concrete following professional services which are instanced as a view in the thesis. The legal aid to the victims of the traffic accidents is specified as a survey of the claims which come from the system of social security in the Czech Republic. The practical part of the thesis is engaged, within the framework of investigation, in a consciousness general public about the prevention (or repression) and intervention in the point of view of the road traffic accidents, it means the psychosocial and legal aid which is available for the participants, respectively for victims of...
