Abstract: The grain boundary diffusion of phosphorus in polycrystalline Fe ů 2.2 wt.% Si was measured using serial sectioning method with radioisotope 32P. The measurements were carried out under the conditions of the B-regime (845 ů 1173 K) and the C-regime (735 ů 830 K.
