Cílem diplomové práce je stavebně technologická studie s technologickými postupy vybraného rodinného domu řešeného metodou výstavby z konstrukčních a systémových panelů na bázi dřeva pro stavbu soustavy 6 rodinných domů v České u Brna. Diplomová práce obsahuje technickou zprávu stavby, podrobnou technologickou studii, technologický předpis pro osazení prefabrikovaného jádra, časové a finanční plány stavby a detailnější časové a finanční plány vybraných rodinných domů. Dále pak řešení dopravních vztahů, projekt zařízení staveniště, katalog použitých strojů, objektovou soustavu stavby, bilanci nasazení pracovníků, BOZP, kontrolní a zkušební plán pro zemní práce, zemní vruty a prefabrikované jádro, dále výkres zařízení staveniště pro vybraný rodinný dům a situační a koordinační výkres stavby. The aim of master´s thesis is the construction and technological studies with technological prescriptionts selected family house solved by the construction of structural insulted panels based on wood for the construction of 6 family houses in Česká u Brna. Master´s thesis contains technical report, detailed technological studies, technological prescriptionts of installation of prefabricated icore, time and financial plan of building, detailed time and financial plans selected family houses. Also includes the resolution of wider transport relations, project construction site equipment, catalogue of usedmachinery, object system, balance the deployment of workers, health and safety plan, technical prescriptiont, drawing of construction site equipment, situational and coordinating drawing
