Tato diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním právní úpravy ukončení pracovního poměru v České republice a ve Velké Británii. V rámci obou právních úprav se tato práce zaměřuje na srovnání ukončení pracovního poměru na základě právního jednání subjektů pracovního poměru a rovněž na ukončení pracovního poměru v důsledku právních událostí nezávislých na vůli subjektů pracovního poměru. Prostor v této práci je rovněž věnován analýze pramenů pracovního práva ve Velké Británii a komplexnímu systému rozhodovací praxe v britských pracovněprávních věcech. This diploma thesis provides comparison of the termination of employment relationship in the Czech Republic and in the UK. Within both legal systems this thesis focus on termination of employment relationship based on legal actions of the participants of the employment relationship as well as based on legal situations independent on the will of the participants of the employment relationship. This thesis also analyses sources of employment law in the UK and it provides an overview of the complex judiciary system in the British employment law matters.
