Článek poskytuje srovnání přesnosti aproximace T napětí diferenčními algoritmy při zahrnutí vyšších členů Williamsova rozvoje popisujícího napjatost v tělese s trhlinou. Výpočty jsou prováděny na tělese s nízkým constraintem (SECT) a také na vzorcích pro trojbodový ohyb (3PB), kterým prísluší vysoké hodnoty constraintu, pro čistě normálový mód zatížení. Zahrnutím různého počtu členů rozvoje jsou určeny oblasti dominance, na kterých je realizován diferenčními postupy výpočet T napětí. Pro analytické řešení napjatosti jsou využity hodnoty lomových parametrů K, T, A3, A4 odpovídající prvním čtyřem členům rozvoje. Jako alternativní metoda kvantifikace constraintu je použita extrapolace z hodnot horizontální složky napětí na lících trhliny. Hodnoty získané diferenčními postupy jsou porovnány s výsledky získanými přepočtem T napětí z M integrálu. V závěru článku jsou doporučeny vhodné poměry r/a, na kterých je možné diferenční algoritmy použít se zaručenou přesností. A comparison between a couple of difference methods for quantification of T stress is presented. The stress distribution around a crack tip is expressed using the first four terms of Williams eigenfunction expansion for specimens corresponding to low constraint (SECT) as well as three-point bending specimens with high constraint. The dominant regions are quantified by accounting the different number of stress terms. An alternative method for calculation of T stress using the conservation integrals is used to compare the obtained results with the products of more accurate integral method. The appropriate ratios of r/a, on which the difference methods give the reasonable results, are outlined in conclusion.
