Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu forem podnikání a zdanění podnikatelů v ČR a ve Francii. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou, analytickou a praktickou. V části teoretické jsou popsány právní formy podnikání v ČR a ve Francii a daňové systémy obou zemí. Analytická část je zaměřena na prozkoumání podmínek pro výkon profese průvodce cestovního ruchu v ČR a ve Francii, se zaměřením na legislativu, potřebnou kvalifikaci a další specifika. Část praktická pak navazuje na část analytickou komparací zjištěných informací a definováním zásadních rozdílů. Závěrem je navrženo několik změn a řešení. Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical, analytical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the legal forms of business in the Czech Republic and France and the tax systems of both countries. Analytical part is focused on conditions for the profession of tourist guides in the Czech Republic and France. The practical part follows on the analytical and defining the fundamental differences.
