Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou vybraných znaleckých posudků pro ocenění podniků v České republice. Jejím cílem je identifikovat nejvýznamnější nedostatky, kterých se znalci při zpracování posudků dopouštějí, a navrhnout postup, jak se těchto chyb vyvarovat. Analýza je provedena pomocí předem vybraných kritérií. Pro analýzu jsou vybrány posudky znaleckých ústavů i fyzických osob, jedná se celkem o 22 posudků z posledních dvou let. V závěru jsou shrnuty dosažené výsledky, zvýrazněny nejzávažnější nedostatky a navržena doporučení pro jejich odstranění. This thesis is focused on analysis of expert opinions on the business valuation. Its goal is to identify the most serious mistakes in expert opinions and how to prevent them. The analysis is processed using preselected criteria. Totally twenty-two expert opinions are analyzed. The conclusion is a quantitative summary of the results of analysis of expertise, as well as pointing out the most common shortcomings and proposals for their elimination.
