Bakalářská práce se zabývá daňovými ráji a příčinami jejich využívání. Předmětem analyzovaných motivů jsou české právnické osoby v období 2009-2015. Na základě korelační analýzy se prokázalo, že ani česká, ani zahraniční sazba daně z příjmů právnických osob nepatří mezi hlavní motivy pro využití daňového ráje. Těmi jsou zejména nízké sazby srážkové daně z dividend a úroků. Vedle toho daňové subjekty využívají daňové ráje za účelem utajení choulostivých informací, což se na základě korelace jejich počtu a míry důvěrnosti země taktéž dokázalo. This bachelor thesis concerns the tax havens and causes of using them. The object of the analysis is Czech legal persons in years 2009-2015. The correlation analysis has shown that neither Czech nor foreign corporate income tax rate belongs between the main reasons for using a tax haven. The causes shall be low rates of withholding tax levied on dividends and interest rates. In addition, taxable entities take advantage of tax havens so as to hide their delicate information, which has been proven by the correlation between their number and the rate of secrecy of the tax haven.
