Diplomová práce "Druhy trestných činů" se zabývá charakteristikou trestných činů dle Trestního zákona.Cílem diplomové práce je výstižně shrnout jednotlivé trestné činy ustanovené v trestním zákoníku. Dalším cílem je zhodnotit trend vývoje kriminality v České republice v období od roku 2005 do roku 2015. Práce je rozdělena do tří kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá základními pojmy trestního práva, definuje pojem trestný čin a skutkovvou podstatu trestného činu. Druhá kapitola shrnuje jednotlivé trestné činy. Poslední kapitola zobrazuje trend vývoje kriminality v České republice v období od roku 2005 do roku 2015. The master thesis "Types of crimes" deals with the main characteristics of crimes. The goal of this thesis is to summarize each crimes in the Codex of criminal law. The thesis is divided into thematic units to be synoptic, the basics definitions of criminal law is shortly described in the first one. The following chapter focus separately on the individual crimes. The last chapter shows the development trend of crime in the Czech Republic in the period from 2005 to 2015.
