V práci je provedena analýza kumulativního účinku metalurgických nečistot a simulované provozní expozice při zvýšených teplotách projevující se ve zkřehnutí a lomu s interkrystalickým mechanismem. Konkurence dvou napěťově řízených lomových mikromechanismů, transkrystalického štěpného a interkrystalického, je využito k formulaci kriteria kritického, resp. akceptovatelného obsahu nečistot v oceli. Pro kvantifikaci účinků nečistot byly kromě standardní zkoušky rázem v ohybu využity charakteristiky morfologie lomu (fraktální dimenze) a kritické lomové napětí. In present contribution, cumulative effect of metallurgic impurities and simulated operational degradation is analysed both resulting in intergranular embrittlement and fracture. For criteria formulation of critical and/or acceptable metallurgic impurities content the competition of two stress controlled fracture mechanisms is developed. When quantifying the impurities effect the characteristics of fracture surface morphology (fractal dimension) and critical fracture stress have been applied.
