Předmětem této diplomové práce je zejména problematika tuzemského režimu přenesení daňové povinnosti jakožto nástroje v boji proti daňovým únikům na DPH a jeho plánované rozšíření. Režim přenesení daňové povinnosti ale není jediným nástrojem v boji proti daňovým únikům na DPH v České republice. V práci jsou proto analyzovány i ostatní používané nástroje. Těmito nástroji jsou kontrolní hlášení, institut nespolehlivého plátce, ručení za nezaplacenou DPH a EET. V závěru práce je provedena komparace jednotlivých nástrojů. The subject of this thesis is particularly the issue of domestic reverse charge procedure as a tool in the fight against tax evasion on value added tax (VAT) and its planned expansion. The reverse charge is not the only tool in the fight against evasion of VAT in the Czech Republic. The thesis therefore analyzed and used other tools. These instruments are inspection report, institute an unreliable payer, liability for unpaid VAT and EET. In conclusion, there is the comparison of individual instruments.
