Na základě zkušeností získaných při provádění testů rezistence ozimé a jarní pšenice ke klasovým fuzariózám v období 2000-2015, monitoringu původců klasových fuzarióz (2011 – 2014), dostupných literárních údajů a speciálních pokusů byly získány nové závěry a doporučení týkající se jak obecných hledisek, tak především vlastní metodiky testování v polních podmínkách. Předložená metodika obsahuje soubor poznatků a opatření směřujících ke zvýšení přesnosti testů rezistence ke klasovým fuzariózám určených především pro potřeby šlechtění. This handbook brings new conclusions and recommendations concerning evaluation of resistance to Fusarium head blight. The presented findings are based on experience gained from the tests of disease resistance performed in the period 2002-2015, on results of monitoring of Fusarium pathogens (2011 – 2014), available literature and special experiments. This methodology is mainly aimed at increasing precision of tests of resistance to Fusarium head blight which will favourably impact on resistance breeding.
