Magisterská práce předkládá pohled na práci a význam zdravotních klaunů v českých nemocničních zařízeních. Rozkrývá organizační strukturu a historii stejnojmenné spolčenosti, která v České republice práci nemocničních klaunů zaštiťuje. Uvádí všechny důležité složky komplexní práce potřebné k tomu, aby mohli klaunští doktoři navštěvovat pacienty a svými uměleckými vystoupeními tak pozitivně působit zejména na psychický stav pacientů a tím napomáhat ke zlepšování jejich stavu fyzického. Práce vymezuje klauniádu jako prostředek k dosahování těchto cílů a uvádí specifika divadelní práce v nemocničních zařízeních. Zabývá se strukturou klauniád a s využitím konkrétních příběhů, mnohaletých zkušeností autora a odborné studie, nachází odpovědi na otázky související s prací zdravotních klaunů. This master thesis presents a view of work and impotence of medical clowns in Czech hospital facilities. It unveils the organizational structure and history of the same name company, which sponsors medical clowns in the Czech Republic. It presents all the important parts of complex performance that are essential for medical clowns. Therefore, the clowns are able to visit patients and use their artistic performance to pozitively influence their psychical condition. This leads to patients‘ physical health improvement. The thesis defines „klauniáda“ as a means to reach those goals and presents specific patters of theatrical performace in hospital facilities. It deals with structure of klauniády with use of particular stories, author’s life experience and proffesional researches. It also answers the questions related to the medical clowns‘ contribution.
