Tato práce se zabývá regionální politikou a její úlohou v rozvoji obce Církvice. První část práce popisuje regionální politiku a její charakteristiku, vývoj, principy, nástroje a cíle v České republice a Evropské unii. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na obec Církvice, která se nachází ve Středočeském kraji, mezi historickými městy Čáslav a Kutná Hora. V této části je obsažena nejen obecná charakteristika obce, ale také její geografická a demografická specifikace, stav dopravní a technické infrastruktury, úroveň občanské vybavenosti a nechybí ani pohled na míru nezaměstnanosti, sociální strukturu či možnosti kulturního a sportovního vyžití obyvatel. Hlavním cílem práce je analýza fungování regionální politiky, zainteresovaných objektů, rozvojových dokumentů a poskytovaných a přijímaných dotací, sestavovaného rozpočtu, vývoji příjmů a výdajů či zrealizovaných projektů. Práce obsahuje projekt, kterým bylo dosaženo zkvalitnění sportovních a volnočasových aktivit v obci. Navržen je zde i projekt pro čerpání dotace z fondů Evropské unie, který zajistí další rozvoj obce a nové možnosti občanů. Výsledky byly získané na základě polostandardizovaných rozhovorů se starostou obce a ostatními pracovníky obecního úřadu. Závěr práce se věnuje zhodnocení vlivu regionální politiky na rozvoj obce Církvice. This work deals with regional policy and its role in development of the village Církvice. The first part describes regional policy and its characteristics, development, principles, tools and targets in the Czech Republic and the European Union. The second part focuses on the village Církvice, which is located in the Central Bohemian Region, between the historic towns Čáslav and Kutná Hora. In this section, there is contained not only general characteristics of the village, but also its geographic and demographic specifications, the state of the transport and technical infrastructure, the level of the civic amenities and there is also a view on the unemployment rate, social structure and the possibility of cultural and sports activities in the village. Also, there is proposed the project for the drowdown of the subsidies from EU funds, which will ensure the further development of the village and new opportunities for the residents of the village. The results were obtained based on the semi-structured interviews with the Mayor and other employees of the municipal office. The conclusion of the work is dedicated to the evaluation of the impact of regional policy on the development of the village Církvice.
