Diplomová práce, nazvaná "Zhodnocení trhu s pivem v České republice", je zaměřena na analýzu trhu s pivem, zhodnocení současné situace a doporučení tržním subjektům, kam by měly směřovat svou činnost. V první části této práce, tzv. literární rešerši, jsou vysvětleny pojmy týkající se trhu, okolí podniku a analýz mikroprostředí a makroprostředí. Dále zde lze nalézt definici piva, vymezení jeho historie nejen v českých zemích, jsou zde uvedeny druhy piva a vývoj a současný stav daňových podmínek. V praktické části práce je popsán současný stav českého pivovarnictví pomocí ročního výstavu, spotřeby, importu a exportu a ceny piva. Jsou zde také vymezena ochranná označení a uvedeny subjekty působící na trhu s pivem. Dále jsou vytvořeny a vyhodnoceny STEP analýza a Porterův model pěti sil. Na základě získaných poznatků je provedena formulace návrhů a doporučení k další činnosti pro potencionálně vstupující a stávající tržní subjekty. Diploma thesis, entitled "The evaluation of the beer market in the Czech Republic", focuses on the analysis of beer market, the evaluation of current situation and recommendations to market participant. In the first part of this thesis, the literature review, are explained concepts related to the market, the business environment and the analysis of micro and macro environment. There can be also found definition of beer and the history of brewing industry. There are also adduced the types of beer and the development and actual state of tax conditions. The second section describes the basic characteristics containing production, consumption, export, import and the price of beer. There are specified protective certified brands of origin and quality and actual and potential market participants. Next part deals with the STEP analysis and Porter´s model. Based on the information obtained from the analytical section of this thesis are created proposals and recommendations to breweries for next steps.
