Bakalářská práce s názvem Vývoj obchodu a trhu s kakaem se zaměřuje na zhodnocení a vývoj mezinárodního obchodu s kakaem. Dále je v práci popsán obchod s fairtradovým kakaem a komoditami, které se z něj vyrábějí. Tato práce se dělí na teoretickou část, kde je pozornost věnována samotné komoditě, organizacím Fair Trade a WTO, mezinárodnímu obchodu či historickému vývoji spotřeby této komodity. Praktická část je posléze zaměřena na fluktuaci cen kakaa v časovém horizontu, kde se tato část zaměřuje na vybrané, převážně rozvojové země. V neposlední řadě se pak práce věnuje obchodu s touto komoditou a samotnému vývoji produkce. The bachelor thesis called Market development and trade of cocoa is focused on evaluation and development of an international cocoa trade. In the thesis there is also discribed the trade with a fair trade cocoa and other commodities that are produced from it. This work is divided into two parts, the theoretical one where I focused on cocoa as commodity itself, then on organisastions such as Fair Trade and WTO and international trade of historical development of consumption of this commodity. The practical part of this task is focused on fluctuations of the cooca prices in time horizon where this part is focusing especially on selected developing countries. Last but not least the thesis deals with trade of this commodity and its own production development.
