Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem a možnostmi DMS systémů, které slouží pro oběh a správu dokumentů ve společnosti. Druhá praktická část je věnována zavedení DMS systému ve společnosti SUDOP PRAHA a.s.. Cílem práce je zhodnocení implementace systému a sestavení seznamu problematických oblastí této implementace. The thesis consists of two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part concerns with description and abilities of the Document Management System, which secures circulation and management of the documents within the company. The second, practical part of the thesis, describes the implementation of the Document Management System in the Company SUDOP PRAHA a.s. The target of the thesis is the assessment of the implementation of the system in the company and putting together a list of problems arrising during the it´s implementation.
