Cílem bakalářské práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu na založení firmy na výuku anglického jazyka. Teoretická část vymezuje základní pojmy týkající se podnikání a podnikatelské činnosti, je zde uvedena doporučená struktura podnikatelského plánu a také představen alternativní způsob pro jeho vytvoření prostřednictvím modelu Lean Canvas. Teoretické poznatky o podnikatelském plánu jsou následně aplikovány v praktické části při vypracování podnikatelského plánu pro zvolený obor podnikání. Finanční plán je sestaven ve třech variantách (realistické, optimistické a pesimistické), na základě kterých je projekt vyhodnocen. V praktické části je prezentován i návrh Lean Canvas pro podnikání v jazykové výuce. V závěru jsou shrnuta zjištění vyplývající z variantního řešení podnikatelského plánu a uvedena doporučení pro realizaci projektu. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a business plan for a set-up of a company specializing in English language tutoring. The theoretical part defines basic rules of doing business in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, it explains the recommended structure of a business plan and provides an alternative model for its development called Lean Canvas. Theoretical part of the business plan is subsequently applied in the practical part for elaboration of a business plan for the chosen field of activity. The financial plan is provided in three versions (realistic, optimistic and pessimistic), which have all been subsequently evaluated. Lean Canvas for the planned business in language tutoring has been developed at the end of the practical part. The conclusion provides summary of the findings of all business options and provides recommendations for the prospective project implementation.
