Abstract: The potential of earthworms Eisenia andrei to regulate functional microbiota in cattle-impacted soil was investigated in the laboratory microcosm experiment. Methanogenic archaea and anaerobes were characterised using phylogenetic microarray and phospholipid fatty acid analysis, respectively.
