Bakalářská práce se věnuje, na základě analýzy stavu silniční infrastruktury a jejího financování, silniční infrastruktuře s důrazem na nalezení možností investování a následné zhodnocení přínosů. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části probírá důležité základní pojmy investování, druhy investic a dopravní infrastruktury v ČR. V praktické (druhé části) jsou na základě analýzy stavu silniční infrastruktury a jejího financování v ČR navrženy opatření v jejím financování. Pro analýzu stavu silniční infrastruktury jsou použita data o délce dálnic a silnic první třídy za posledních 15 let, dále údaje o kvalitě silniční infrastruktury. Druhá analýza o financování silniční infrastruktury v ČR je zaměřena převážně na základní zdroje financování - veřejné národní zdroje, soukromé zdroje projekty PPP a evropské zdroje. The bachelor thesis focuses on the road infrastructure with the emphasis on finding investment opportunities and consequential evaluation of the benefits. It is based on the state of road infrastructure and its financing. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part discusses important basic terms of investing, types of investments and road infrastructure in the Czech Republic. The practical part proposes measures and financing of the road infrastructure in the Czech Republic. For the first analysis of the state of the road infrastructure the data about the length of motorways and the first class roads for the past 15 years as well as data on the quality of road infrastructure are used. The other analysis of the financing of road infrastructure in the Czech Republic is focused mainly on primary sources of funds public national sources, private sources, public private partnership (PPP projects) and European funds
