Tato práce je zaměřena na řízení služeb ve zvoleném podniku ve městě Příbram. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat podmínky, aktuální nabídku a poptávku po účetních službách v regionu Příbram. Na základě provedených analýz byly zjištěny silné a slabé stránky podniku a vyhodnocena jejich důležitost pro podnik. Z výsledků analýz byly vypracovány návrhy na zlepšení managementu společnosti a zkvalitnění poskytovaných služeb. This bachelor thesis is focused on service management in a selected accounting company in Příbram. The aim of the thesis was to analyse conditions, actual supply and demand for accounting services in the Příbram. Based on the acquired data from carried out analysis there were evaluated the strengths and weaknesses of the company and their importance for the company. There were proposed the actions for the improvement of the company management and the quality of provided services on the basis of the analysis results.
