eng Abstract:
[eng][cze] The aim of this thesis was to develop an ex vivo set-up for the measurement of lactate and adenosine produced by the lymph gland of Drosophila melanogaster and to measure the difference in concentration between infected and uninfected larvae using a parasitoid wasp infection by Leptopilina boulardi to further understand the metabolic switch and its needs during the onset of the immune system.Cílem této práce bylo vytvořit ex vivo systém pro měření obsahu laktátu a adenosinu, které jsou produkovány lymfatickými žlázami octomilky Drosophila melanogaster, stanovit rozdíl mezi koncentracemi u larev nenakažených a nakažených parazitickou vosičkou Leptopilina bouldari, a porozumět metabolickému přesmyku a jeho potřebám při zasažení imunitního systému.
