eng Abstract:
[eng][cze] The aim of this thesis was to further our understanding of the importance of bb0454, a gene located at the linear chromosome of the Borrelia genome, which encodes a glycosyltransferase catalyzing the synthesis of one of the major glycolipids found in the outer membrane of this pathogenic bacteria.Cílem této práce bylo rozšířit naše chápání a porozumnění důležitosti bb0454, genu, který se nachází na lineárním chromozomu v genomu Borrelie, který kóduje glycotransferázu katalyzující syntézu jednoho z hlavních glykolipidů, které se nalézají ve vnější membráně této patogenní bakterie.
