Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá specifiky, která má práce sestry v psychiatrických ambulancích. V teoretické části jsme se zabývali jednak psychiatrií jako oborem, ale i nejčastějšími psychiatrickými diagnózami, kterými pacienti trpí. V empirické části bylo cílem zjistit specifika, která má práce sestry v psychiatrické ambulanci. Dalším cílem bylo zjistit, zda práce sestry v psychiatrické ambulanci může být pro sestru riziková. Z výsledků výzkumného šetření je patrné, že schopnost efektivní komunikace je nejdůležitější předpoklad pro správné vykonávání práce v psychiatrických ambulancích. This bachelor thesis deals with the specifics, which is the work of nurses in the psychiatric out-patient units. In the theoretical part we dealt on the one hand of Psychiatry as a branche, but even the most common psychiatric diagnoses, which patients suffer, we focused on the allocation of psychiatric care, which works in our country. In the empirical part was to find out the specifics, which is the work of nurses in a spychiatric clinic. Another objective was to determinate whether the work of nurses in the psychiatric emergency room can be a risk for nurses. From the results of research, the investigation has shown that the ability fo communicate effectively is the most important prerequisite for correct working in the psychiatric out-patient clinics.
