Abstract: Inputs entering a mathematical model are considered uncertain, i.e., they are not given in a crisp form but only within a set of admissible data. The solution to the model is evaluated through a functional (criterion) reflecting a particular feature of the solution, e.g., local temperature, velocity, stress.
