[cze][eng] Lidský kapitál a úroveň vzdělání jsou základními složkami pro konkurenceschopnost podniku a jeho ekonomický rozvoj. Pozitivní vnímání vzdělání je velice důležité pro rozvoj lidského kapitálu. Současná společnost vyžaduje, aby firmy pečovaly o své zaměstnance a jejich celoživotní vzdělání. Tyto investice by se měly vrátit v podobě vyšší motivace, vyšší produktivity, zvýšeného využívání znalostí a větší ochoty podílet se na inovacích. Vzdělání pomáhá snižovat sociální rozdíly, předchází nezaměstnanosti a dalším negativním jevům. Tato diplomová práce se zaobírá problematikou znalostní ekonomiky, lidských zdrojů a vlivu vzdělání na nezaměstnanost a příjmy. První část je zaměřena na teoretické poznatky, kterými jsou znalostní ekonomika, lidské zdroje, systém vzdělávání České republiky a trh práce. Druhá část je zaměřena na analytické ukazatele vzdělávání. Ukazatele porovnávají Českou republiku s ostatními zeměmi OECD v oblasti nezaměstnanosti a lidských zdrojů. Závěr práce je věnován shrnutí a vyhodnocení analytické části diplomové práce.Human capital and level of the education are essential components of the enterprise competitiveness and economic development. The positive perception is very important for the development of human capital. Contemporary society requires to companies care about their employees and their further education. These investments should return in the form of higher motivation, better productivity, increased use of knowledges and greater willingness to participate in innovations. Education helps reduce social differences, prevent unemployment and other negative things. The thesis deals with the issue of the knowledge economy, human resource and the impact of the education on unemployment. The first part is focused on theoretical knowledge which are knowledge economy, human resources, education system of the Czech Republic and labour market. The second part is focused on the analytical indicator of education. Indicators compares Czech Republic with other OECD countries in terms of unemployment and human resources. The conclusion of thesis is devoted to a summary and evaluation of the analytical part of the thesis.
