Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou půdního fondu v okrese Benešov, z údajů katastru nemovitostí. Práce má upozornit především na změny ve využívání půdy a krajiny a poukázat na úbytek zemědělské půdy. Literární rešerše se zabývá katastrem nemovitostí a jeho historií, vymezení některých pojmů jako je například: krajina, půda a její funkce, trvale udržitelný rozvoj, půdní fond, zastavování území, suburbanizace, brownfields atd. Pozornost je věnována zemědělskému půdnímu fondu a jeho ochraně, dále bonitaci a oceňování zemědělské půdy v České republice. Práce vychází ze statistických ročenek katastru nemovitostí, dále je stručně popsána metoda analýzy, která byla použita, jedná se o regresní analýzu. Dále je zde charakterizován stručně okres Benešov. Byl sledován trend vývoje půdního fondu za období od roku 1966 do roku 2015. Z výsledků vyplynulo, že výměra zemědělské půdy, z toho zejména orné půdy a ovocných sadů se postupem času snižuje a naproti tomu výměra lesních pozemků, zastavěných pozemků a nádvoří, ostatních ploch a vodních ploch a zahrad postupem rostou. The thesis deals with the analysis of land in the district Benešov cadaster data. Work has drawn attention to changes in land use and landscape and point out the loss of farmland. Review of literature deals with land registry and its history, the definition of certain terms such as: landscape, soil and its functions, sustainable development, land resources, the built environment, suburbanization, brownfields etc. Attention is paid to the agricultural land resources and its protection, further breeding and valuation of agricultural land in the Czech Republic. The work is based on statistical yearbooks cadaster, also briefly describes the method of analysis that has been used, it is a regression analysis. Then there is briefly characterized district Benešov. It was followed the trend of development land fund for the period from 1966 to 2015. The results showed that the area of farmland, of which mainly arable land and orchards decrease over time and across the acreage of forest land, built-up areas and courtyards, other areas and water areas and gardens are growing process.
